Third Birthday - Part 1

We had a big weekend of celebrating Lucas! On Friday night, we told him he could pick to go anywhere for his birthday dinner with the family. He picked PJ's. (This is what he INSISTS on calling BJs...even after reading the correct letters off the sign for me). He was so excited to "have pizza and root beer and cookie with ice cream at PJs"! He was asking for DAYS when his birthday dinner would be :) Here he is...all excited to be there!

And then he got his root beer AND goldfish appetizers. What could be better?!?

Shea had a great time, too!  She ate a ton (as usual) and fun was had by all!

On his birthday morning, Lucas woke up to balloons, doughnuts and presents!! This year he got Cars (surprise), Tegu blocks, and a book from mommy and daddy. Mimi and Papa sent him new links for his car track and a playdough set. And Momo and Grandpa gave him a new car mat to play on. He loved everything and really seemed to get his birthday this year. He was so proud to tell everyone he saw that he was three now!

He is so obsessed with sprinkles right now, and requested a pink sprinkle doughnut for his birthday.

Shea had a doughnut, too. The doughnut won.
